Privacy policy
Status: 24.04.2024
We appreciate your interest in our online shop. Protecting your privacy is very important to us. Below we provide detailed information on how we handle your data.
ACCESS DATA AND HOSTING
You can visit our websites without providing personal information. Each time a page is accessed, the web server automatically saves a server log file, which includes, for example, the requested file name, your IP address, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, and requesting provider (access data) to document the request.
These access data are evaluated exclusively to ensure smooth operation of the site and to improve our offer. According to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, this serves our legitimate interests in correctly presenting our offerings. All access data are deleted no later than seven days after your visit ends.
Hosting services by a third-party provider
A third-party provider (Amazon Web Services) provides hosting and website display services on our behalf. This serves our legitimate interests in ensuring correct presentation of our offerings. All data collected in connection with the use of this website or in designated forms in the online shop are processed on its servers. Processing on other servers only occurs as described here.
This provider is located within a country of the European Union or European Economic Area.
DATA COLLECTION AND USE FOR CONTRACT PROCESSING AND CUSTOMER ACCOUNT CREATION
We collect personal data when you provide it voluntarily during an order, contact (e.g., via contact form or email), or when creating a customer account. Mandatory fields are marked because they are necessary for processing the contract, handling your inquiry, or creating the account. Without providing these fields, you cannot complete the order/account creation or send the inquiry.
Collected data are used according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR for contract processing and handling inquiries. After full contract completion or deletion of your customer account, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after statutory tax and commercial retention periods, unless you explicitly consent to further use or we reserve legally permitted use beyond this, which will be communicated in this statement. Account deletion can be requested anytime via the contact options described below or a designated function in the account.
DATA DISCLOSURE
For contract fulfillment according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, we share your data with the shipping company responsible for delivery, as needed to deliver the ordered goods.
Depending on the payment provider you select during the order process, the collected payment data will be forwarded to the bank or payment service provider responsible for processing the payment. Some payment providers may collect these data themselves if you create an account with them. In such cases, you log in with your credentials during the order process. The respective payment provider’s privacy policy applies.
Data sharing with shipping providers
If you explicitly consent during or after your order, we forward your email address and phone number to the chosen shipping provider according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR, so they can contact you for delivery coordination.
This consent can be revoked at any time via the contact options below or directly with the shipping provider. After revocation, we delete your data unless you explicitly consent to further use or we reserve legally permitted additional use, which we will inform you about.
EMAIL NEWSLETTER
Email advertising via newsletter subscription
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use the necessary data or data you provide to regularly send our newsletter based on your consent under Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.
Subscription occurs via a double opt-in process, meaning you will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription.
Newsletters are sent by us. You can unsubscribe anytime via the contact options below or via a link in the newsletter. After unsubscribing, your email address will be deleted unless you explicitly consent to further use or we reserve legally permitted additional use.

Google AdWords Remarketing
We use Google AdWords to advertise on Google search results and third-party sites. This serves our legitimate interests in optimizing website marketing under Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
If you are logged into Google during your visit, Google may combine this data with Google Analytics data for cross-device remarketing. Personal data is deleted or anonymized after 14 months.
