1. Premium Shipping

We ship large and heavy items with 2-man handling.

BASIC COMFORT DELIVERY:
Delivery takes place to your apartment door, with a scheduled appointment.

PREMIUM COMFORT DELIVERY:
Delivery includes professional assembly and packaging disposal, with a scheduled appointment.

TRANSIT TIME:
Germany / Austria / Belgium / Netherlands: 2–3 weeks
France / Switzerland / USA / UK: 3–4 weeks

2. Parcel Shipping

We ship small and medium-sized orders as parcels.

TRANSIT TIME:
Germany / Austria / Belgium / Netherlands: 3–5 business days
France / Switzerland / USA: 7–10 business days

3. Freight Shipping

For the remaining European Union and worldwide.

Delivery is made “to curbside”, meaning not automatically to your front door. Before delivery—at the latest one day in advance—you will be contacted to arrange an individual delivery appointment.

4. Customs Fees

For our customers outside the EU, additional customs duties and local VAT are charged directly by the local authorities and must be paid separately by the customer. Exceptions are Switzerland, the USA, and the UK, where we cover all customs duties and taxes for you. Customers in these countries therefore have no additional fees or taxes to pay.
