From the very beginning, we agreed that we wanted to offer a mirror. Johannes found the geometric relationship between the circle and the square particularly fascinating, as they share so many characteristics yet are so different. Therefore, the round mirror is positioned centrally within a square frame with rounded corners. The combination of these two basic shapes creates a certain tension within an otherwise familiar and tranquil interplay. Sandra felt it was important that the contours appear particularly chunky in the design, giving the frame an almost inflated look. The symmetry along various axes allows the mirror to be hung either straight or rotated by 45 degrees. This leaves it entirely up to each individual how they want to mount the mirror and which look best suits their particular room.
